The Sacred Elements

This card reminds us that we must live in balance with the sacred elements. The Air, Water, Fire, Earth and Spirit are what make us alive and connected to all that is. The Air gives us breath, the life-giving air that fills our lungs.  Air brings us clarity. The Water makes up about 70% of our bodies. We need it to nourish and purify. Water teaches us to flow, it is a carrier of energy and a mirror. Fire is heat, it is our life force. Build your Fire with passion, creativity, bold dreams, courage to truly live and our deepest core values. Earth is our mother. We are all connected because we share the same mother. She grounds us, holds us, loves us, heals us and provides a glorious home for all beings. We must honor her with great love, respect, and gratitude. We must step into the circle of life with reciprocity and balance. Take only what is needed. Give back the gifts with love and respect. Finally, the Great Spirit, is what makes us all connected, its the great oneness. Feel into that. Feel into the Sacred Elements and balance within.
